Our vinyl sleeves and pockets are made from top-quality PVC in sizes, colors, and thicknesses—typically 6 to 10 mil—for lasting durability, washability, and reusability. Choose clear polished, double-polished, or matte finishes to protect documents, photos, menus, album covers, and more from dust, dirt, and moisture while maintaining excellent visibility.

Finish and thickness can match your needs: polished for crisp display, matte to reduce glare and hide fingerprints, or rigid 10 mil vinyl for heavy use. Our Copygard™ vinyl protects against ink transfer, keeping printed materials pristine over time.

Options include adhesive backs for mounting, zipper closures for added protection, and specialty designs for album storage, recipe organization, or work instructions. How to Select the Correct Vinyl Sleeve Size

  • Dimensions

    Please note that our product dimensions refer to the EXTERNAL DIMENSIONS of the item.

    This means if you have an insert that measures 8.5” x 11”, you’ll need to choose a sleeve that’s slightly larger to accommodate it. A good rule of thumb is to select a sleeve that is approximately .25" to 0.5” larger in both width and height than your insert.

    For example, for an 8.5” x 11” paper or other thin insert, we recommend a 9” x 11.5” sleeve.

  • Variances

    Due to the preceeding dynamic and the nature of the material the actual dimensions of a sleeve may be up to 3/8” to 1/2” larger than the published size. For example, a sleeve listed as 6” x 9” may measure slightly more on either dimension.
