I was very surprised to see the items I ordered arrive so quickly. The product was exactly how it was described in the website. I was wondering if the item I ordered could be made organically, chemical free? For example from corn or soy; like some plastic bottles are made from. Since I have gone organic in 95% of my diet, I also look for organic products. However the item was exactly what I needed. I searched your website and it was user friendly. The detailed set up made it easy for me to shop. You are exactly right. I did take a "leap of faith." That's the chance one has to take when shopping on the web. I would say you met my expectations to the highest rating. I would recommend your company because your products are true to the description and you were very quick in mailing; and now I see that you care about your customers, this is a big plus in any business. I have worked in retail and know the importance of a friendly, helpful atmosphere verses an unconcerned, and rude customer service. thank you for your customer service consciousness.
